Michael Carroll is in charge of TriBrook's Tampa Bay office and coordinates strategic and business planning engagements for southeast clients. Mr. Carroll's knowledge of the healthcare marketplace and his experience in structuring organizational change underpin his work in strategic planning. He also has extensive experience in medical staff development, merger and affiliation planning as well as ambulatory care planning. Mr. Carroll frequently serves as an expert witness providing litigation assistance on antitrust, regulatory and public policy issues.
Mr. Carroll is a co-author and faculty member for the TriBrook seminars on “Planning and Development of Ambulatory Care Programs” and “Going at Risk: Moving Toward Capitation.” A frequent speaker at industry meetings on future healthcare delivery systems, Mr. Carroll has served as an on-site faculty member for the American College of Physician Executives as well as on the Review Panel for The Physician Executive – Journal of Medical Management.
Mr. Carroll is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives and is a past Regent for Western Florida. He served as Chair of the College’s National Consultants Committee. Mr. Carroll also holds memberships in the Florida Hospital Association, the Society for Healthcare Strategy and Market Development, and the Healthcare Financial Management Association.
Mr. Carroll earned his Bachelor's and Master's degrees at the University of Minnesota where he has served as a board member for its Alumni Association/ Foundation.
